About LendLeap

At LendLeap we build the software lenders use to originate loans: fast, error-free and without hassle. Our mission is frictionless credit, and we deliver on it by tackling every obstacle in the mortgage and lending process at the source. We are a small team of three founders, live since March 2026 with our launching customer Nestr Smart Finance, and well on our way to the next customers.

We are ISO 27001 certified, API-first, AI-assisted and build everything without legacy. That means we can try out new ideas quickly, there are no thick layers between you and the code, and your work has direct impact on customers.

What you will do

You will be the first person fully dedicated to support and operations of the platform. That means hands-on work on everything our customers and our team benefit from:

• First point of contact for incoming customer questions and tickets
• Spotting patterns in questions and feeding them back to product and engineering, so we solve problems at the source
• Monitoring the platform: noticing when something is not running as it should and alerting the right people
• Testing new functionality before it goes live
• Carrying out configurations in the platform for customers
• Writing and maintaining documentation, both for customers and internally
• Keeping our demo environment up to date and joining customer calls where you can add value

You will work directly with our CPO (Mitch), CTO (Guus) and COO (Floris). No management layers, no noise, and plenty of room to take things on.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys building something new and who figures out how to make things better on their own. Concretely:

• You are enrolled in a higher education programme (HBO or WO). A direction in ICT, computer science, business IT or similar is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Affinity, knowledge or experience with the financial sector or financial processes is a big plus.
• Affinity, knowledge or experience with AI is also a big plus: we are actively building AI functionality and you will come into contact with it either way.
• You feel at home in software and technology, and you learn new tools extremely fast. Specific technical experience is not required: we are mainly looking for learning ability and aptitude.
• You are independent and entrepreneurial. You see what needs to happen and pick it up without anyone having to ask.
• You are eager to learn and ask questions where others make assumptions.
• Fluent Dutch and English, reading and writing.

What you get in return

• A gross hourly wage of €17.50 to €22.00 (including 8% holiday allowance), depending on experience and level.
• Start date by mutual agreement.
• A company laptop.
• 25 holiday days per year based on full-time employment, pro rata for your hours.

• A workspace at our new office in Amsterdam Zuidoost, fitted with every comfort: restaurant, coffee bar and everything else you may expect from a good office. Working from home is possible by arrangement.
