On this page we publish our Terms and Conditions. The version date is stated on each PDF. Where applicable, these documents form an integral part of our quotations and agreements.

The terms and conditions in force at the time the agreement is entered into shall apply to agreements with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note: the documents below are in Dutch. An English translation is available on request via info@lendleap.com; in the event of any discrepancy or interpretation issue, the Dutch version shall prevail.
